Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order is processed for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order within the 24-hour window, please contact us at theposhakshopsurat@gmail.com with your Order ID. If you paid online or paid a Partial COD deposit, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Returns & Replacements

We strictly follow a "No Returns" policy. We only offer replacements.

Replacements are only provided in the following circumstances:

• You received a defective or damaged product.
• You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

To request a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing theposhakshopsurat@gmail.com with clear unboxing photos/videos showing the defect or wrong item. We will arrange a return pickup. Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, the replacement item will be dispatched.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following scenarios:

• Order cancelled successfully within the 24-hour window.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order or provide a replacement for a defective/wrong item due to stock unavailability.

Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay).

4. Partial COD Forfeiture

If you opt for Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) and pay the ?1100 confirmation deposit, this deposit is non-refundable if you refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep when the delivery executive arrives. The deposit covers the two-way transit costs incurred by us.

If we cancel the order from our end, the ?1100 deposit will be fully refunded.
