We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Partial COD Terms: For eligible pin codes, we offer a Partial COD option. A non-refundable advance deposit of ?1100 is collected online at the time of checkout to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive upon delivery. The ?1100 deposit is adjusted against your final order total. This deposit is non-refundable if you refuse delivery at the doorstep.

Verified purchasers may be permitted to post reviews and upload images. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Poshak Shop and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the website or the purchase of our products.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
